Five Years of Cooperation: Building a High-Quality Water Line Project Together

King Machine Company – As a global leader in beverage packaging production equipment, our company has established a long-term partnership with a well-known drinking water company in Buenos Aires, Argentina, since 2019. Over the past five years, we have worked hand in hand with our Argentine client, overcoming economic and pandemic-related challenges, and successfully advancing two mineral water filling lines projects.

The Beginning of Trust

In October 2019, our Argentine customer visited our King Machine company for the first time. During the tour, they were impressed by the display of our company culture and the brands of our global customers. The customer later revealed that when they saw our production workshop, they were deeply moved by the clean, orderly, and well-organized production environment, and felt a firm conviction in their heart – “This is the company.”

During a week of negotiations, we provided a detailed introduction to the functions of each machine of water fill lines, drink water bottle filling line include Water Treatment plants, Stretch blow moulding, Filling Capping Machine, Labelling And Printing bottle Machine, Inspection, Bottle Conveyor system, Bottle Shrink Wrapping Machine, Robotic Palletizing, etc. and with the customer's rich experience in CAD design, we worked together with our engineers to optimize the placement of equipment in their factory. After reviewing water quality reports, bottle designs, and label specifications, we confirmed the bottle neck size and provided the customer with 2D bottle drawings, which they highly appreciated. This efficient collaboration ensured that everything proceeded smoothly and on schedule.

Continuation and Challenges of Cooperation

After returning to Argentina in 2019, the customer immediately paid a deposit for the first 24-head water bottle filling packing line. In August 2020, before the shipment of the first water filling line, the customer paid a deposit for the second water packing line. However, due to Argentina's economic situation, the final payment for the second water packing line has been delayed, and the equipment has yet to be shipped. Nevertheless, the customer hopes that both water lines can be delivered together, allowing our engineers to commission them simultaneously for optimal performance.

During the pandemic, it became even more difficult to extract the goods. In February 2023, the customer decided to add a 15T reverse osmosis water treatment system to work with the existing water ultrafiltration equipment to reduce nitrate levels in the water. After facing challenges and uncertainties during the pandemic, the customer visited China King Machine for the second time in May 2023 to inspect the new water treatment equipment. The equipment was successfully shipped in October.

Looking Ahead

At the end of March 2024, our engineering team arrived in Argentina and successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the first mineral water filling line by June 8. However, due to a shortage of raw materials and the pending production license, the customer has not yet started production. We look forward to the customer obtaining the production license soon and commencing operations, as well as the smooth delivery of the second water packing line.

This five-year collaboration has not only witnessed the trust and mutual benefit between our company and the Argentine customer but also made us realize that in the face of challenges, cooperation and perseverance are the keys to success. We are confident that future cooperation will be even closer.
