KING MACHINE Factory Successfully Delivers 12,000 BPH Oxygen-enriched Water Production Line, Earning High Praise from UK Customer

In June 2024, KING MACHINE Factory successfully completed the manufacturing and acceptance of a 200 BPM Oxygen-enriched water filling packing line. This still & sparkling water production line, which includes key equipments such as a Automatic 3 in 1 filling machine for still & sparkling water with constant torque capping heads, Automatic rotary OPP labeling machine with remote controller(with two label racks), Automatic handle applicator with safety shut off sensors on doors, Automatic carton packing machine , Automatic single roll shrink wrapping machine for color film, and bottle conveyor system, has received high praise from the UK customer.

The project began in November 2023, when the customer first visited KING MACHINE Company. In just one day, both parties agreed on most of the details, including rearranging the layout to address potential issues during the customer’s actual use of the still & sparkling water filling line. The customer was deeply impressed by Kingmachine's efficiency, professionalism, and dedication, and arranged the deposit payment immediately after returning to the UK.

The Oxygen-enriched Water filling and packaging production line involved two types of bottles and two different caps: one is standard 28mm carbonated beverage cap and the other a sports cap. The design of the bottle filling production line fully considered the customer’s needs, with a shared capping machine but two Cap elevator—a cap elevator for the plastic caps and a vibration cap sorter for the sports caps.

After six months of equipment manufacturing, the customer personally visited KING MACHINE Factory in June 2024 to conduct the acceptance of the carbonated water production line. The KING MACHINE team was well-prepared, and the inspection process went smoothly. During the inspection of the filling machine's electrical control cabinet, the customer expressed particular praise for the meticulous and standard-compliant wiring and layout, noting that it fully met EU electrical standards, which highlighted KING MACHINE's commitment to quality and attention to detail.
