Bottled Water Factory in Mali Increase Production Capacity - 12000bph water line

Recently, a bottled water factory in Bamako, the capital of the Republic of Mali, successfully expanded its water production line, becoming a key model project for King Machine Company in the West African market. With Mali's rapid population growth and accelerated urbanization, the demand for safe drinking water continues to rise, highlighting the enormous potential of the bottled water market. In 2022, the head of the bottled water factory visited King Machine Company to discuss expanding the water filling line. Faced with the growing market demand, the client was eager to upgrade existing equipment to increase production capacity. Aaron from King Machine Company thoroughly understood the client’s needs and proposed an innovative new factory design. Based on Aaron's suggestions, the client decided to switch from high-neck bottles to short-neck bottles, reducing preform costs. King Machine also recommended changing product labels from non-adhesive labels to OPP hot-melt labels, significantly enhancing the product's quality and market competitiveness.

To ensure the smooth operation of the production line, King Machine dispatched a professional team to Bamako at the client’s invitation for on-site assessment and layout design. After two design revisions, the client’s production requirements were fully met, and a final cooperation contract was signed with King Machine Company.

In 2023, King Machine's engineering team arrived in Bamako and successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the 12,000 bottles-per-hour water filling packaging line. This mineral water production line not only meets the growing local demand for bottled water but has also become a flagship project for King Machine Company in its expansion into the West African market.
