Blowing part

Our New combi-block for hot filling juice with pulp (85 degree Filling).

If you want to blow out this high temperature resistant bottle, the mold must use thermal oil to ensure that the temperature is 120-140 degrees.

The mold has a heat insulation plate, which does not directly contact the mold shell, so that the sealing ring on the mold shell will not be damaged by excessive temperature.

Washing Filling Capping

The machine is mainly used in the hot juice filling operations. The three functions of bottle rinsing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in filling hot juice and with plup in bottles made of polyester and plastics.

For the filling part, the eccentric valve can fill 10mm pup , and can be loaded with CIP fake cups for easy cleaning.

Magnetic Hysteresis Constant Torque Screw Cap Head

It provides precise cap gripping, no pulse impacts, no jamming, no noise, high stability, and adjustable torque. This improves capping quality, enhances product quality and production capacity, and reduces energy consumption and material waste.
The estimated scrap rate will decrease by 60%, with the scrap rate dropping to 0.05% (5 parts per 10,000), and the crooked cap ratio reduced to 0.03% (3 parts per 10,000), which is well above the enterprise standard of 0.3%.
